Will Hamla send something without me?

No. Every campaign Hamla builds starts as a draft, and going live always takes a click from you — including when you ask it to “launch” something. You get a confirmation card, and clicking it is what makes it live. There is no setting that turns this off, and Hamla has no way to send on its own.

Do I need a website?

No. Plenty of businesses run on Hamla with no website at all — a form Hamla hosts for you, an Instagram account, a phone list, a QR code on the table. A website unlocks one specific family of campaigns: the ones that react to what someone does while browsing, including popups. Everything else — email, push, WhatsApp, social, audiences, reports — works without one.

Do I need to connect a store?

No. A connected platform saves you telling Hamla things it could have found out itself, which is convenient, not required. If you have no store to connect, you have two other doors: import what you already have once, and send Hamla Events from your own system as things happen.

What if my business isn’t a store?

Then you are most of Hamla’s customers. Clinics, restaurants, agencies, gyms, schools, SaaS companies, clinics with branches, photographers. The vocabulary is the only thing that changes. Where the docs say “order”, read it as whatever counts as a customer doing the thing: a booking, an invoice, a paid session, a renewal. Why did my campaign reach nobody?

Almost always consent, and it fails silently. Contacts brought in without recording permission can be seen but not messaged, and campaigns pointed at them return nothing rather than an error.

How many contacts do I have, and how many can I actually message?

Which language does Hamla write in?

Whichever you tell it. Hamla writes campaigns natively in each language rather than translating one into another, so Arabic does not read like translated English. Arabic and English are the two languages the dashboard itself is translated into, but the language your campaigns go out in is a separate choice and a much longer list.

Can I keep using my own tools?

Yes, and you should. Hamla is built to plug into what a business already uses rather than replace it — your store, your booking tool, your inbox, your ad accounts. If something you use is not on the connections list, Hamla Events is the general answer: send what happens in your system and Hamla treats it exactly like a built-in connection.

Can I ask Hamla to do everything, or do I have to click?

Almost everything is an ask. Three things live in the dashboard because there is no way to ask for them: building a form, creating a new customer field, and pausing a campaign. What to ask Hamla marks each one where it comes up.

What happens when I hit my plan limit?

Hamla tells you before it becomes a problem, and nothing you have built is lost or switched off. See plans for what each tier includes.

Does importing my old orders send a year of messages?

No. Imported history goes down a deliberately quiet lane — no campaign fires and no audience-entry blast goes out. It fills in the past without pretending it is the present. Re-importing the same export later is also safe: rows are matched by what they say, not by where they sit in the file, so only genuinely new rows land.

Can I test two versions of a message against each other?

No. Hamla will not split an audience, send each half something different, and pick a winner. To compare, run one, then the other, and compare the two periods.
