Nothing on this page can send a message on its own. Everything Hamla builds starts as a draft, and going live always takes a click from you. That is true even when you ask it to “launch” something — you get a confirmation card, and clicking it is what makes it live.
A few of these are a click, not an ask. Almost everything Hamla does you get by asking for it. Three things live in the dashboard instead, because there is no way to ask for them: building a form, creating a new customer field, and pausing a campaign. Where that is true, the entry below says so and tells you where to go.
Bring people in
Capture visitors who are not ready to buy
Welcome everyone new
Turn Instagram comments into contacts
Instagram and Facebook auto-replies need a connected account and the Starter plan.
Answer price questions on Facebook automatically
Build a waitlist from a sold-out post
Make a form to collect leads
The form itself is the one thing on this page you build yourself. Go to Contacts → Forms, start a new one, pick the goal it serves, and add the fields you want — name, phone, which treatment, a consent checkbox. Publishing gives you a link to share and a QR code you can print for each of your locations. There is no way to ask Hamla to build a form for you. Everything after the form is an ask: once it is live, Follow up leads the moment they arrive below runs on its submissions.
Greet visitors coming from one place
Turn interest into sales
Recover people who left something behind
Catch someone about to leave
Follow up leads the moment they arrive
Chase people who browsed and did not buy
Confirm a booking the moment it is made
Remind people before their appointment
A reminder needs Hamla to know when the appointment is. A booking connection tells it who booked — name and email — but not the date. Send the date along with the booking as a trait and it becomes a field you can filter on. Booking reminders walks through both halves.
Recommend something related
Tell people something is back
Tell people the price dropped
Keep customers coming back
Thank people after they buy
Ask for a review at the right moment
Win back people who went quiet
Celebrate a birthday
Look after your best customers
Stop chasing people who already bought
Turn customers into fans
Ask for referrals
Put your referral code in front of happy customers
Hamla does not issue or track referral links. You bring your own code — from your store, your booking system, your loyalty program — and Hamla puts it in front of people at the moment they are happiest.
Celebrate your customers publicly
Hamla does not collect or store your reviews. Paste the one you want to use and it writes the post around it, art direction for the image included.
Seasons and moments
Hamla knows the calendar that matters in your market — Ramadan, both Eids, White Friday, National Day, Mother’s Day, back to school.Plan a whole season
Run a launch across channels
Run a flash sale
Ask what is coming up
Build audiences
Audiences in Hamla are live. People join and leave on their own as their behaviour changes, so you build one once.Find people who have gone quiet
Find your best customers
Find people about to leave
Use something your own system knows
Find people from one source
Start a campaign when someone joins a segment
Just ask a question about your customers
Your contacts
Bring in a list you already have
Imports are shown to you as a preview before anything is written, and imported history never triggers campaigns. A year of old orders will not send a year of messages.
Bring in past orders too
Record that you have permission to message people
For a whole list, consent is recorded where the list is: Contacts → Contacts Management → Consent. It is also part of importing — Hamla asks how these people opted in before it writes anything. For one person, it is an ask:Without consent, contacts sit in Hamla and campaigns reach none of them. Hamla will never grant it on a guess: you have to say that the people opted in, and how.
Track something specific about a customer
A new field is created once, in Contacts → Contacts Management → Custom Fields → Create Field — or on its own, the first time your system sends the value as a trait through Hamla Events. Filling it in afterwards is an ask:Hamla cannot invent a field for you mid-conversation. A value sent for a field that does not exist yet is dropped, which is why the field comes first.
Look someone up

Your brand and content
Teach Hamla how you sound
Voice is saved to your Business Brief — the short profile Hamla keeps of your business — so it applies to every draft from then on, not just the next one.
Set your brand look
Draft a social post
Publishing to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn needs a connected account and the Starter plan.
Rewrite something
Save a design you like
Running campaigns
Put something live
Schedule instead
Pause things
Stopping a campaign is a click, on the campaign itself. Hamla will tell you what is running and what it would stop, but the stop is yours:See what is scheduled
Find a good time to send
Hamla answers from what it knows about your market and your audience. There is no automatic send-time optimisation, and no per-hour breakdown of your own results — if you want it to go out at a set time, say the time and schedule it.
Write your own
None of these are magic words. Hamla reads plain language in Arabic or English, including transliterated Arabic — “3amel campaign lel customers illi ma tholoush” works. Three things make any ask work better:
Put all three in the first message and Hamla builds it without asking. Leave them out and it will ask you — once, with a few focused questions, not a wizard.
